September 5, 2019 – Moorestown, NJ – Strategic Funding Alternatives, LLC (SFA), a privately held commercial real estate investment firm, welcomes Julia Brines, a seasoned professional with more than 15 years’ experience in commercial banking and lending. As Director of Investor Relations, Ms. Brines will be an integral part of the company’s continued growth. Her focus is one of business development, raising equity capital from private investors for the firm’s real estate acquisitions with the introduction of alternative investment strategies and mitigation of market risk. She also manages communication between SFA and the investor group.

Prior to joining SFA, Ms. Brines spent much of her career in the commercial banking industry first as a branch manager. She went on manage sales and streamline investor portfolios of high net worth individuals and mid-size businesses. Ms. Brines is a graduate of Towson University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance.

“Meeting people and building relationships is what I enjoy most,” says the 14-year member and former board trustee/treasurer of the Moorestown Rotary. This is just one of multiple organizations that keeps Ms. Brines busy outside of the office. She is also involved with Contact of Burlington County and on The South Jersey Young Professionals Association board of trustees. Over the years, Ms. Brines has been recognized as a South Jersey Biz 20 under 40, SNJ Business People 40 under 40 and Burlington County Times 40 under 40 awardee. A resident of Moorestown, NJ, she has varied interests including golf, sailing, tennis and softball.
