Joan Rakita is a well-versed real estate professional with twenty-five years experience in residential as well as commercial real estate with a focus on Class A office, flex, medical office, light industrial, and retail shopping centers as well as condo, co-op, multi-family, and affordable housing communities. In addition to holding an NJ Real Estate License, Joan has attended Katharine Gibbs school receiving a Paralegal Certificate, IREM receiving an ARM, and am currently in the process of CPM certification. JAHMA receiving a CPO certification and Rutgers University receiving cerification in Project Management.
