Director of Operations

Thomas is the director of all building operations as well as analyzing potential acquisitions and financial activities of SFA. Mr. Schneider executes on the vision of SFA by improving the operational efficiency of under-valued assets to generate a greater return on investments. Thomas manages all aspects of company operations including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, tenant fit-outs, and property management. Mr. Schneider is a recent graduate of Clemson University where he received a bachelor's degree in Financial Management as well as a minor in Accounting.
